What is a 5 star Rating System
– If a business is profitable(EPS), growing(Sales, EPS, Long term growth factors) and pays dividends then Stockflare assigns 3 stars by default to a particular stock.

– Additional Star based on whether a company is relatively cheap or expensive (PE Ratio) compared to its peers.

– Another Single Star addon rating based on the expert views, broker views from leading stock broking firms across the global.

Overall if a stock has a 5 star rating then it means ( 3star for Good Business + 1 Star for Cheap stock compared to peers + 1 Star for Recommendation from Experts )

Does it covers Indian Stock Market?
Currently 2528 Indian stocks are monitored by stockflare and you can further screen stocks based on Star Rating, Sector, Investing Style, Country, Regions, Business Metrics , Valuation etc. Can be termed stockflare as one stop fundamental super screener.

How could one rely on the Data?
The back-end data is from Thomson Reuters one of the highly authentic premium data vendor and so the data used in the back-end is likely to be highly reliable.

Currently Top 20 stocks holds the 5 start rating and 6 out of 20 are shown below.

Seriously are they providing Free Stock Recommendation?

In the FAQ section it is mentioned “Just like Yahoo! Finance, Google Finance, Reuters.com, Motley Fool, and other similar sites, we don’t tell you what to buy, what to sell. We don’t make recommendations.”

The Disclaimer at the bottom of the screen says “Stockflare provides information, not advice. Stockflare does not make recommendations. Any reference to “Buy”, “Sell”, “Hold”, or “Price Targets” for stocks, reflect the views of the “Wall Street” consensus.”

Whats my take?
Overall interesting Stock analytic & screening tool for beginners and value investors to do first level of screening to stick with quality stocks.
