Dow Jones CMP : 10,500
Here is a positive way to look into dowjones. Yes I used my favorite indicator Ichimoku for the montly charts of Dow Jones to guage the nature of the Market(Bull/Bear markets) in coming months
Ichimoku montly cloud charts plays a major role in deciding the commencement of long term bull market.
The above 20year chart of Dow Jones is a good visible example. i.e buy and hold above the cloud or sell short and stay away from long if the montly candle is below the cloud.
And from the charts the monthly cloud chart of Dow Jones is near 9815 region. Until dow jones stay away above the Ichimoku cloud it is a clear long term bull run in dow jones, just 700pts shy away from the Spot value
In Simple Facts if the montly candle stays above the cloud then it is a bull market and if moves below the cloud then it is a pure bear market. In Short Ichimoku had the power to Identify Bull and Bear Markets
I had also included 20 year montly charts of Nifty. Just Identify which type of market we are. Cloud supports are there till 4300 zone
Dear Mr.Rajendran,
Can you pls spell out what cloud settings should be used for successful performance of the following trading time frames:-
1. Intra-day
2. Short Term (say for one to two weeks)
3. Long Term ( say more than two weeks – this is I have defined for my trading style)
