amibroker 5.50 , i think has some shortcoming, mainly they tried full tooltip in every page and afls in every page. but u need tooltip code many times. and lastly 5.50 omited openinterest in tooltip.
also default data base may change if not saved properly. this is my view. may be i can not configure corectly
Can we combine EOD ( downloaded with getbhavacopy) with RT data
(eg; shareguru) in the same chart for analysis in Amibroker?

Yes we can do it but that is not recommended. Its always good to maintain separate Amibroker database for EOD and Intraday.
