Hemal the only info what we get is the from the near expiry option month is the possible option expiry range.
As of my knowledge tracking a far end option pain could be a worthless strategy.

You can see my last msg of 27th april when nifty was trading at 5300 in april future..I had written to buy may month 5300 call near 120 and 5300 may put near 100 any of it will hit 335. Today is 7th may and 5300 put has made high above 340. so net after deducting 5300 call loss is also 110 points.
