  3. Hi Rajandran,

  4. hello Rajendran sir,
DO U solely trade based on Ichimoku clouds? And if yes, which book will u advice to study?
Also in earlier posts, u shared AFL for Ichi. Are the above results outcome of the same afl?

And in above chart can u pls tell at what candle close u took shart? Coz, prior to that last black candle, 4 candles closed below cloud.First one closed just below cloud, but it was White.Next three were Long legged Dojis.
    Pls mark entry ppoint.

    Thanks

I use to trade nifty using ichimoku clouds for positonal trades especially the 90 min time frame. Yes you can use the AFL for Nifty 90 min timeframe for positional trading. Yes the Signal had came very early in nifty i.e when the budget session started. Nifty is trading below the cloud by that time. But Bank Nifty is not confirming clear sell signal on the charts. The clear sell confirmation comes when both banknifty and nifty are in sell mode. One can use this trading system to get 75-125pts in nifty positionally.

  5. @Bala : This ichimoku trading system thows only the Trailing Resistance Zone if there is sell mode in the system.
And Trailing Support zone in case of Buy mode in the system. However you can take cues from the Option Derviative Segment. Who is writing puts/calls and where the support lies. Currently 5200PE is holding huge open interest and it is believed that Put writers are active near 5200 zone and they are currently bullion on nifty holding 5200 till this expiry.

  6. Thanks sir,
    One more query:
I am newly interested in Ichimoku, Till now read on blogs, that traders folllow Ichimoku on daily OR 60min chart.

What’s the reason u chose 90min instaed of 60min.Don’t mind. But want to hear from u as i saw u regualarly post Ichimoku charts
And are the charts postedd by u are of Spot index OR Futures?

  8. Extremely sorry sir for duplicate posting of qyery.
But when i enter query, i do not get message stating- ‘Your query has been submitted’ etc.
It would be useful, so that duplication can be avaoided.

    1. @Shagun : Its good to book profit at this level. Positional shorts are for 75-100pts. If it meets the target is good to get out of the position.
