i hav downloaded the bfd mt4 on 12 jan it shows all symbols nse, nse futures, mcx all data but from the very next day all nse, nse fut, mcx data gone, i don’t know what is going on, please any one tell me
change the server IP as 79.142.69.243 If it is not working then mail the support(support@bfddevelopers.com) to provide new ip address

@Rajendran: I downloaded the BFD terminal and created an account within the software (BFD has a facility to create a login through MT4).
Was that the problem creator (or should i opt for the demo login from the website)?

Attached screen shot for your reference. In BFD, I have requested DEMO using Request demo link in website and also downloaded the software and installed the same. I did this some 5-6 days back and I yet to receive any update from BFD. After installing software , I am getting Open a account link, but it is not giving me any account, I waited for more than one hour…Can you please help me on this matter…

i have paid to an agent for using BFD data in mt4 platform without knowing it is BFD. But, it is not working now, i called that agent, no respose. then i have mailed complete details to BFD SUPPORT, no response.
I still don’t know should we pay for using BFD nse & mcx Datas or it is free. OK, If it is free , then why they block IP address frequently. If it Paid, Then there is no company details in their website like.. Phone.no, fax, adress etc… just a blank link is there. i don’t understand why they are not showing their profile to the entire world

@Ravishankar : have you tried autometatrading MT4 platform for MCX/NCDEX/NSE Stocks? They are providing paid data. But not sure about the genuinity of the data. Another option is Fxcentral Metatrader platform where you can get MCX/NSE Stocks and its a paid version again.

I have your demo account from last 15 days, after 5 days of starting demo i got all symbol of nse and mcx. but after 10 days yesterday there is only forex and spot market showing. nse and mcx is not there, so please clear it, that is technical problem or demo user limitations.

I have observed exact same problem as seen by Mahendra…It worked for me for day or two and all of a sudden charts started showing “Waiting for update” message for ever and finally when clicked on Symbols irealized NSE,MCX is taken off. No response from BFD support… so while it is a good platform and it is a good initiative it being ‘Free’ we can’t expect them to help… I would rather not waste my time on Meta trader or a Free unsupported, non working data feed…Let’s accept it Meta trader seems like is a failure in India… don’t expect any broker to have tie up with them… the bucket shops official and unofficial are only interested in collecting the brokerage and have no intentions of really building a customer base…. so forget it. these kind of experience makes me advice forget MT and forget the cheap bucket shops offering free data feeds rather invest a small amount in reliable data feeds and reliable supported software and there are many many alternatives. Don’t waste your time on MT and on BFD
